I just wanted to let you know how great your device works. I
installed it on my Harley Softail this weekend. I did a
"rough" test last night with one of my sons riding his
Sportster along for the test. I was real curious to see how
it would work.
We went out to a quiet area of the city and tried to
"stump" the Trigger. I would take the lights that were were
set to always stay green for the main road and only change
on demand when a car coming from a housing development would
wander up to the intersection. We would pull up and every
time the light would change within 15 seconds. Even my big
van would not have changed the light any sooner.
The acid test was coming back home. There is one light that
would never change for my sons and I; it was a left turn
into our development. My sons tell me they would have to
wait for a car to come along and help them with the light,
or else they would wait through a few light changes and then
go through the red when it was safe to turn left, but when I
pulled up to the left turn lane - the light changed to green
promptly. That one really impressed my son.
You have to understand, both of my sons were talking
negatively about your product when I ordered it. It sure
made a believer out of one of them, and I know that the
next time my other son rides with me he too will change his
mind.

As near what we can figure we've sold almost 1,000 Green Light Triggers. This is only the third one I've had to take back as "defective." I must also admit the second one never made it back to you as I put it on my bike over 18 months ago and it still works just fine. Almost every time some one is considering buying one, someone else speaks up down the counter attesting to how well they work! I only have to go through my sales presentation (less than 2 minutes by the way, resulting in a 75% close rate!) 50% of the time.
While our volume has dropped off, I feel it's not that something is wrong, it's just most of our local customer base have them already!!! Still a great product and the new one works even better and is easier to install!

get more experience at how to best ride over the sensors for

"I would like to add my thanks to you for marketing the Green Light Trigger. As an electronics engineer, I had faith in your product from the beginning and bought three units for myself and two friends. I love mine. I ride home from work at night where the signals are usually programmed much differently than during day time. Many of the left turns I have to take would NEVER trigger.
